OpenAI Academy Courses
Completed a connected OpenAI Academy pathway focused on practical AI skills for work: AI Foundations, Applied AI Foundations, and Agents and Workflows. The courses combine product guidance, research, safety expertise, and workplace practice from OpenAI to help learners understand how AI works, apply it to real tasks, and turn successful approaches into repeatable workflows.
For my work as a product designer, this matters because AI is becoming part of how interfaces are researched, shaped, tested, and improved. The pathway strengthens the habits I use every day: defining clear intent, adding useful context, reviewing outputs critically, deciding what should or should not be delegated, and keeping human judgment in control of the result.
The agent-focused course is especially important for more structured product work. It gives a practical framework for directing agents with context, expected outputs, boundaries, review loops, and iteration. That makes AI useful not just for one-off assistance, but for repeatable research, writing, analysis, prototyping, and design operations workflows.
